Having worked at the top of my former Profession as a College Principal for a long time; juggling work and personal demands, I understand the detrimental effects of a busy, very stressfull life has on your mind and body.

No personal time, no down-time to laugh and be carefree, unhealthy rushed meals, no regular exercise, no time for hobbies, no time to connect with the peacefulness of nature/ animals/ birds…….will always lead to a weakening in our physical body and a weakening in our mental and emotional state.

A Stress Management session has a very calming and healing effect on the mind and body.

The goal of a treatment is to help you develope a strategy that will enable you to work through the mental and emotional stress that you are in at present.

A state of continual stress/worry can eventually wear out the body and mind to a high degree, whether it is from a physical or psychological starting point.

Our goal, together is to look at what your stress triggers are and to see if they are connected to your growing up years or to situations in your adult life or present situation only. You and I will then work out a plan of action to help you cope.

Together we will look at your life in general, that is eating habits, drinking habits, your exercise habits, home life, work life and social life and hobbies and work out a balance that you can achieve, in order to feel more in control of your own life.

Consultations & Sessions


During a Stress Management Consultation, we will look at where you are in your life at the present moment, breaking it down into different areas and into percentages. We then discuss where you would like to be in those different areas in the near future and how you would like to gently start making the changes. A session lasts an hour and costs £45. Certain Private Health Care Providers offer an allocation for Complementary Therapy Treatments.
