The goal of a treatment is to help you develope a strategy that will enable you to work through the mental and emotional stress that you are in at present.
A state of continual stress/worry can eventually wear out the body and mind to a high degree, whether it is from a physical or psychological starting point.
Our goal, together is to look at what your stress triggers are and to see if they are connected to your growing up years or to situations in your adult life or present situation only. You and I will then work out a plan of action to help you cope.
Together we will look at your life in general, that is eating habits, drinking habits, your exercise habits, home life, work life and social life and hobbies and work out a balance that you can achieve, in order to feel more in control of your own life.
